Hi,
I’m working on a website using the tesseract theme and having trouble with the image on the home page not re-sizing on mobile devices (I think this is pretty common problem with this theme). I have already looked at the following links, and any links these discussions point to,for help but to no use. Can’t figure out what mistake I’m making.

Also I’m using a local copy of wordpress because I want to have everything working before I replace the existing website. Any help will be highly appreciated. If you need any file or specific code please let me know and I will be more than happy to provide it.
