Problem with plugin compatibility

11 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 11 years ago

Hello!
One of my clients uses SiteOrigin page builder and Black Studio TinyMCE Widget on site. When both plugins is enabled – button from my plugin in WYSIWYG editor is disappear. When I disable one of these plugins (SiteOrigin page builder or Black Studio TinyMCE Widget) – my plugin works fine. How can I find solution of this problem?

    Hi borisolhor

When you say the bottom of your plugin disappears, which plugin are you referring to?

Button (not bottom), that I added to WYSIWYG editor.
I used method, that described here – https://www.gavick.com/blog/wordpress-tinymce-custom-buttons/

Thanks for your feedback. It’s possible that Marco might be able to assist if you post on the Black Studio forum. I’m afraid from my side here at support I’m unsure as to why this would be getting dropped. Black Studio does specifically take Page Builder into account, so it’s possible that the plugin is adding extras when Page Builder is activated.
