Problem with page builder: new plugins do not appear as widgets

I’ve downloaded and activated plugins and I can see them on the left side menu bar. But when I try to use them on my front page, I can not see those plugins on the page builder as widgets. The problem occurs with most of plugins I’ve downloaded, but some plugins are working correctly.

The problem occurs with for example these plugins:

I’m using wordpress 4.7.5 Sydney theme.
