Can you help me on some other way?

This is unfortunately the type of issue we’d really need to inspect live. It’s very hard to say what the problem is by discussing it or looking at a screenshot.
If you continue to develop with Page Builder, please be aware of the best methods to move it’s content:

I just printscreen page and structure of how page should look, main page (front page) and how is looking page with set up

Here is how you can narrow this down:
1. Turn off all plugins except for Page Builder. Is there any change? If so, re-activate theme one by one till you see a shift again.
2. Switch to a default theme like Twenty Fourteen and re-test. If all is as expected then it’s unfortunately your theme causing the conflict.
Page Builder works with most themes but there are instances where theme javascript conflicts with Page Builder and there are instances where theme styling doesn’t work well with Page Builder. Page Builder uses widgets for all of it’s content. A theme might have widget styling that’s specific to it’s pre-defined widget areas, this can cause issues.
If the theme is causing a conflict there is very little we can do. The theme authors would need to make a decision to get compatible with Page Builder and then takes steps in that direction. We help out wherever possible.
I have problem to figure how can be conflict becouse theme moesia recommand me page builder plugin..

Unfortunately, all I can recommend without seeing the issue live is the steps I’ve outlined above:
1. Turn off all plugins except for Page Builder. Is there any change? If so, re-activate theme one by one till you see a shift again.
2. Switch to a default theme like Twenty Fourteen and re-test. If all is as expected then it’s unfortunately your theme causing the conflict. If the theme is conflicting you might chat to the developers.
Hi Ljubo,
Have you tried posting in our support forum? athemes.com/forums
As Andrew says though, it would be helpful if we could see a live version of your site.
Hi athemes, thanks for jumping in.
Ljubo, if you could please confirm whether you’ve done a plugin check, that’ll be helpful. In summary, de-activate all of your plugins and just leave Page Builder activated, then re-check the problem. If it’s resolved you can then re-activate your plugins one by one while checking the problem, that should tell you which plugin, if any, is causing the conflict. Ruling this out would be an important first step.
