Problem with CSS

I have a problem with the css settings on my site. I apply color changes to texts and borders to the header and footer and only apply on one page. I have polylang installed and multiple pages in English and Spanish.
in the preview and while I do the editing it shows me the changes but when saving the changes I can not see them from my PC or from my phone.

    Hi Homerok,

    This looks to be a caching issue. Please try clearing your Hostgator cache to see if that allows the styling to appear on the other pages.
