Problem editing homepage

Good morning,
When I try to edit the contend of homepages, i cant. The homepage editor start a loop and I cant edit the contend. I have already tryed everything you suggested here, but nothing worked.

I am a premium member, but i dont know the order number.

    Thanks for your support. You can retrieve your order number here: Page: Retrieve Your Theme Order Numbers. It’s also stored under Settings > General in WordPress.

    1. Please run any pending updates under Dashboard > Updates.
    2. De-activate all plugins except for Page Builder. Re-test. If the issue resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the for the problem.

    This is most of the time, a plugin conflict.
