Problem after upgrade to WP 5.6

Hello,

after updating the website to version WP 5.6 all the commands and widgets of “Page builder” have disappeared from the page editor.
I also updated the “Page builder” and “Widgets Bundle” plugins but the problem still exists.

On other websites where I haven’t updated to WP 5.6 yet, the plugins work and commands and widgets are visible in the page editor:

How can I solve the problem?

Thanks for your support.
Regards.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Luigi

    Thanks for posting your question.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Aaron,
thanks for your answer and your help.

This morning, even without applying the solution you suggested, the plugin is back fully functional.

After the WP update, I also had a problem with the cache cleanup plugin that required an intervention from my hosting technical service:
perhaps, after the update, the cache cleaner plugin malfunctioning created a conflict with your plugin.

    However now everything is solved.

If I encounter any problems with the WP updates of the other sites I will contact you.

Thank you so much for your invaluable assistance.

    Hi Luigi

Thanks for the update. I’m really glad to hear the problem is resolved. Caching issues could definitely have been the cause. If any SiteOrigin questions arise in the future, please, let us know.

    Cheers for now.
