Hey,

I have tried a few times to load the Jetpack by WordPress Plugin and get this error message every time:

Please help! Do you know what the problem can be? It is definitely not in the Plugins’ List.

Thanks!
Nadia

    Hi Nadia,

Can you please clarify what error message you’re receiving? I would consider reaching out to Jetpack about this issue as they’ll likely be able to be of more assistance than we will be as we’re not very familiar with Jetpack installation issues.

    Hi Alex,

This is the Error I receive: “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

    Hi Nadia,

Thanks. You’re facing a WordPress installation bug. To fix this issue you’ll need to remove the Jetpack plugins folder using FTP and then you’ll be able to install the plugin. Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can really help you with. I would reach out to Jetpack for more specific instructions or to your host for assistance with this.
