Printer Friendly and PDF plugin not working

I’ve installed and activated the Printer Friendly and PDF plugin to be able to insert a printer friendly/pdf button above each of my posts on my blog. However, nothing is showing up above my post. I have all the settings active to do this for ‘posts’ in the settings for this plugin. And the plugin is set to insert the button on the top right above the content of the post but still nothing shows up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I just started my site so I only have one post up so far.

    Hi Dustin

    The print PDF button is appearing above the post content when I view your blog page. Have you resolved this issue?
