Premium order # Not Taking Effect

I am very thankful for the prompt response for handling the Vantage upgrade issue. However, now I am having a problem with my premium order # Not Taking Effect. I have entered it, it says it was validated, I am able to perform the update, but, upon going to customize, the premium settings are not available.

The Vantage Premium link still shows under appearance. I have refreshed, logged out for several minutes, and upon logging back in, my premium # still has not taken effect. Assistance would be helpful. Thanks!

    Hi Patrick,

    This is still part of the intermittent update server issues we’ve been having today. It’s more than likely that the update didn’t actually work. Can you updating again and see if it updates now? Just navigate to Dashboard > Updates, then click check again. You should see an update to Vantage 2.3.1 available. Update to this version and you’ll be running the premium version.
