Premium Options not showing

Hi
I upgraded to premium, but for some reason, not of the customisation options are showing. I tried deactivating the plugins but no joy!
The options are all visible when i log into my other premium site, just not at this one.
Please help!

    Hi Mike

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. If you go to Appearance > Themes does the theme you’re using say Premium in the screenshot? If so you could try logging out and logging back in again, that might help. If you’re using Vantage Premium our Customize section is now in a pane at Appearance > Customize > Theme Design.
