    Hi Vladan,

    It really depends on the purchased license. Did you purchase a single license or a business/developer license? A single license can only be used on a single website while the other two licenses allow multiple websites. If you purchased a single license we would recommend upgrading your license to a business license as you’ll only need to pay the difference between your original license and your new license which means you’ll only need to pay $20 rather than $29. You’ll also be able to use the license on 5 sites.

    For reference, you can upgrade your license by following these steps:

    1. Log into the SiteOrigin Order dashboard: SiteOrigin Order Dashboard
    2. Click Order History.
    3. Click View Licenses.
    4. Click View Upgrades.
    5. Click Upgrade License next to the desired license type.

    Hi Alex,

    Tnx for your detail reply.

    However, when I follow link to see which license I bought (cuz I rly cant remember), the page shows like a didnt purchase anything :)
    Maybe the problem is my login acc. Rigth now im logged through facebook, and im not sure about before.
    Is there any other way how can we found out what version have I purchased ?

    Hi Vladan,

    Can you please send an email to premium support at [email protected] with the email you think you used during payment? This will allow us to hopefully track down your order. To answer your question, I suspect the issue is the account your logged in.

    Please open the site you have SiteOrigin Premium installed on, and navigate to WP AdminSiteOriginPremium License. Do you see your license code? If so, please send it to us in the above email – don’t reply to this post with it as these posts are public.
