Premium Fails to Install

Hello, I bought and tried to install the widgets for SiteOrigin pro but when I try to upload the zip folder it says

Destination folder already exists. /wpcom-132401941/wp-content/plugins/widgets-for-siteorigin-pro/

Plugin install failed.

What can I do?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Luis

Thanks for reaching out. Adi is the author of this plugin, not SiteOrigin, no problem for us to help but just clarifying that. Awesome collection of widgets, the Blog widget is really powerful, love it.

If you have the premium ZIP file ready on your desktop I suggest going to Plugins in WordPress and deleting the Pro plugin. Try re-installing from PluginsAdd NewUpload Plugin.

If you don’t see the Pro plugin in the Plugins list but are still getting this error then you need to delete the folder via FTP or Hosting File Manager. If you’ve never used FTP then Hosting File Manager is the easiest. Login to your hosting admin, find the file manager, navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the widgets-for-siteorigin-pro folder. Then, install the ZIP from within WordPress PluginsAdd NewUpload Plugin.

    Hope this helps :)
