Premium code lost

Hi,

The Premium-code for the WP Vantage theme was automatically send to the e-mailaddress of my Paypall account.
That mail never arrived, which seems to be caused by new e-mailpolicy/-restrictions of Gmail (for Paypal I use a auto-forward emailadress).
So, how do I get my Premium code?

I’ve resent your confirmation email, please, let me know if you don’t receive it.
Go to Appearance > Vantage Premium, click Already Paid? top right and enter your order number to upgrade.
