PreBuilt Layouts missing

hi,

i am using firefox and the prebuilt layouts area is vanishing after 1 seconed as i am getting into a page.

it appers only as the page is uploading and then disapear from it.

Hi Eli
Please can I confirm that you have at least one page already created in Page Builder. The button needs at least one saved layout to be activated. If you do then try:
1. Run any pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.
2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. Re-test. If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.
