Please tell me what this error is

it happens every time I try to use change the theme options
I would like to purchase the theme but you need to tell me if the “Free Theme” is only an advertising version
or if there is some bug we need to trace

    Hi Bryant

    This is an error that sometimes comes up in WordPress. Even though it’s happening in the Vantage settings page, it’s not actually coming from Vantage itself. WordPress is giving you this error because it thinks you’re not the one making the request.

    old school-er here 28 years behind these screens..

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SiteOrigin_Panels_Widgets_Image in /home/www/ladcodefense.com/us-export/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/widgets/basic.php on line 211

    Saw this
    after deactivating all plugins..
    then activating your theme
    then activated buddypress
    tinychat,
    then activating the home page from your theme
    deactivated tiny chat and the error went away

    maybe tiny chat is the problem…(must be the theme works now)

    your theme works and its exactly what I need As soon as paypal figures out how to fix their errors I will complete the order
    please send me email address I wanted you to see screenshots of the payment processing error so you can get paypal to answer me.. (American living in Ukraine )

    any ideas on a replacement for tinychat ?

    One last thing, please try de-activating all plugins, activate Page Builder first, then activate the rest of your plugins. Any change wrt the error?

    HEY THANK YOU !! I JUST GOT THE PREMIUM AND FIXED THE PROBLEM I WILL SEND THE ERROR SCREENS NOW

    also That gumroad gateway is very cool I want to use that !! can you help make that happen? does woo commerce support gumroad?

    Gumroad has some great options on offer. I haven’t done any work with it yet on other products but just at a glance there seems to be a fair bit of Gumroad / WooCommerce / WordPress info – hope you find something that’ll help:

    FORGOT TO ASK… WHATS YOUR KNOW UPGRADE PATH UNINSTALL REINSTALL OR OVER WRITE?

    As upgrades get pushed you’ll get a notification under Dashboard > Updates. The update will overwrite everything so any modifications must be done in a child theme. For CSS only changes you can insert those under Appearance > Custom CSS.

    ..forgive me .. I was not clear.. the free version is on the domain… now I just downloaded the purchased version what process to go from the free to paid? unistall free and install premium via wor press or can I just extract and overwrite?

    Sorry. You can just head to Appearance > Premium Upgrade, select Already Paid? and enter your order number there. You’ll then be prompted to upgrade.
