The brush icon in the toolbar to bring up the pre- built layouts interface is not appearing in my admin

I would add a screenshot but it does not seem to be available.

How do I make it appear?

I am on the latest version of wordpress and page builder

    Hi optimized

    The Pre-built Layouts button will appear once you have at least one layout saved in Page Builder.

    Hope that helps.
