Pre built layout does not replace default look of my page

I want to use the Prebuilt layout on my home page, when i go to layout directory and choose Insert or Replace current. the Prebuilt layout didn’t actually replace the default look of the Home page even if i try to clone the page the . Can you help me this my home page http://viztours.net/
