Poster/fallback image is not responsive for mobile devices.
I am using Siteorigin video background plugin along with Siteorigin bundles.
A video background for the desktop, also I set “Poster/fallback image for mobile.”
The instruction says: “This image will be used on devices that don’t support background video, and will be displayed while the video is loading. We recommend a high-quality screenshot of one of the first few frames. For best results, you should also set this as the background image for this row.”
However, when I add image background on the design section, Background appears as a blank page. So this way did not work.
Adding Poster/fallback image URL in the video background section works.
However, The image is heavily zoomed in. Also, the size of the row seems too big for the mobile screen too.
I wanted to know if there is a way to set background-size, especially for the mobile devices.
Is there any additional CSS code that I can adjust a fallback image size on the mobile device?

2Hi Tom,
We may not be able to be of assistance, but I can definitely take a look. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
I would recommend reaching out to the developers as they may be able to provide better assistance.
Thanks for your attention Alex! However meanwhile, I actually figured out how to by contacting to the developers.
Thanks,
Tom
