Post Loop Build Posts Query regular expression

Hello
Can somebody help me with regular expression in Post Loop Build Posts Query
How to make query with the logic “AND”. I should select post which are in both category
I used expression:

cat=27 & cat=70 

in the Additional field of Build Posts Query but it doesn’t work and query return all post from cat=27
