Hi, is there any way to change the size of the post header image? It is 720x380px. I would like to have 720 x 250px.

    You could try changing it using: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/ and then run:
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/.
