    put this css in the custom css area ( if you are not using the premium theme use simple custom css plugin)

    article.post .entry-header .entry-thumbnail img, article.page .entry-header .entry-thumbnail img {
    display: none;
    }

    where I should put the css, whether here http://awesomescreenshot.com/05e4gok7cd ? or in Apperiance > Editor > Stylesheet (style.css) ?

  6. 9 years, 6 months ago James

    if you make changes to the theme style.css when you upgrade your change will be lost.

    if you are using vantage premium you need to put in appearance / custom css if not download simple custom css plugin.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi imam budianto

    If you head to Appearance > Theme Settings > Blog you can de-activate the Featured Image checkbox, that checkbox applies to the single post page.

    As James mentioned, Appearance > Custom CSS is a Vantage Premium feature. You can however use a plugin like Jetpack Custom CSS to with Vantage Free to do exactly the same thing.

    Hope that helps.

    download and install plugin (simple custom css) https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/

    once installed a new section will appear Appearance / custom css

    add this css and save

    article.post .entry-header .entry-thumbnail img, article.page .entry-header .entry-thumbnail img {
    display: none;
    }

    sorry i over looked the function within the theme settings you can also deselect the option display

    Located : Appearance / Theme settings / Blog

    scroll near the bottom and uncheck the display option.
