Post Carousel Image Not Appearing In Courels

Hi I have the Site Origin Post Carousel on my front page and the images are not appearing in it. I DO have the featured images installed on the post pages, and I also have the theme blog setting to allow post images to appear, other than this I can find no other solutuion. All other protocols were performed, deactivating other plugins, etc.

Any help would greatly increase my chances of being a paid member :) I really like these plugins
