Plugin Page Builder not showing

Hello,

As the title says, it doesn’t show any editor tab. The problem here is I couldn’t work on my content because they were all dependent on the editor.

I tried searching for answers here and tried deactivating plugins but still it doesn’t show.

    I am using 1.5.3 version on a WordPress 4.0

It came on a bundle with the Organique theme. http://organique.demo.proteusthemes.com/

Please looking forward to your answer as I am on a deployment stage.

    Thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Onat

So to confirm, Page Builder is active but when you go to a page or post, the Page Builder tab isn’t present? If that’s the case it’s most likely due to a plugin conflict. Please temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins, re-test, if it’s resolved then re-activate your plugins one by one to find the conflict.

    CK Editor
    Comprehensive Google Maps

    Are known conflicts.

Hi, I have the same problem, using the same theme and versions. When I deactivate the plugins, nothing happens.

I deactivated the siteorigin as well, then activated, and still nothing. So far it was working fine with all my plugins.

    Could you please help?

    Thanks!

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Kristóf

We’ve seen one isolated case where this wasn’t a plugin conflict but on the whole it has been the case. Please ensure that you de-activated all of your plugins except for Page Builder, once that’s done head back to a page and confirm that the Page Builder plugin isn’t then showing.

If that doesn’t reveal a conflict please open a new support thread with as much info as possible and we’ll be with you ASAP.

So I have deactivated again everything and then this is what I can see.

As you can see, the page builder tab shows under the editor.

I’m having the same problem on my Page Builder Version 1.5.3 with WordPress 3.7.4. I already tried to deactivate all the plugins and then reactivate ONLY page builder them but still no changes in the panel.
I tried to check if I could find the builder under the editor like Kristóf but…no, it’s not there.
The strange thing is that if I try to Crtls+F “Page Builder” I see “1 result” but then I can’t find it so maybe the browser can see the tab while using the search function but I can’t click it.
Atm I’m stucked on some small changes I must do on a website cause of this issue with the plugin.
Did anybody find any solution during the while maybe?
