Plugin Fail

Hi,
I am using the pagebuilder, and have also used the SiteOrigin Editor widget to add some text & add an externally hosted video (from Youtube) and when in the editor adding information and the video, it appears fine. However, when I load the page, the text appears, but not my externally hosted video….

I have updated all plugins, the WordPress theme, and everything is backed up yet still no resolution. Can you please explain how to fix this issue in Laymans Terms as I am not tech savvy and have little idea with what I am actually doing….

Thanks

    Hi Brad

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Could you perhaps indicated where exactly on your page the video should be appearing?

Thanks, we’ll do our best to investigate further.

    Hi, I Work Here

Could you perhaps also post a link to the video here in case we need to test locally.

    Thanks

in the middle of the page where there are other videos, there should 3 rows of videos, the first 2 rows having 2 side by side. Only 3 are loading..;..

    Hi, I Work Here

Almost there :) Could you perhaps send me the video URLS that aren’t appearing?

So right now I can see:

    How classical music…
    The listening program treating…

    (Blank) SoundCloud link
The Listening Program from Advanced Brain…

So you’re saying there is meant to be a third row that I’m not seeing at all? Can you send those video URLS?

    Hi, I Work Here

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
