Plug-Ins causing issues

I have been creating a website for an organization and I have recently started to run into issues with the Customize option, page load times, and white screens when trying to access a page. These issues occur when two plug-ins are activated at the same time: SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and Netbase Widgets Education For SiteOrigin. The site works fine when only one is active, but causes issues when both are activated. The issue is I need both widgets activate in order to display all the information I have spent 3+ creating on the site. They were working just fine previously, but have started causing issues in the past few weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi MRESC

We’ll try break down the issues you’re having one by one. First off, for the customizer issues: do you also have Yoast SEO installed? There was an issue with the most recent update that caused an issue, but we’re hoping to do a 2.7.1 update shortly.

For the white screen and speed issues. Can you ask your web hosts to increase your PHP memory allocation? There’s a chance increasing this could fix those issues.

    Hi Greg,

I do not have Yoast SEO installed. I will check about increasing the PHP memory allocation and see if that helps.
