plug in acting differently

By carrie, 6 years ago. Last reply by Alex S, 6 years ago.

Hello
Extra text has appeared on the home page I’m working on.

http://20e.3ad.myftpupload.com

I tried deactivating the plug ins, and it was still appearing.

Another problem is that the option to view the page (using pagebuilder) as visual, or text, is gone. In it’s place is an option to “revert to editor”, which also tells me I will lose everything I’ve built if I ‘revert to editor’.

This has happened on 2 of the sites that I’m currently working on.

Why is this happening?
Thank you, Carrie

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Carrie,

Unfortunately, due to how unfamiliar with your website I’m not too sure what extra text you’re referring too. Can you please clarify what text is present but shouldn’t be?

Based on what you’ve described, that sounds like it’s displaying correctly. Did you recently update SiteORigin Page Builder? I ask as this change was made a while ago. Can you please send me a screenshot of what you see? Please note that you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
