Please send order number for theme ordered

I ordered the Premium Vantage yesterday, filled in the process to get it resent and also sent an email to support including my paypal receipt yet no response for about 12 hours!

    This is quite frustrating!!! I have paid for a theme here and you are not sending the order number for me to enable this theme. I have sent the email thru which I paid for it, and also used to link to get the order number resent yet no response. This delay is putting my project on hold. Can somebody please tell me what need to be done to get this order number
