Pinnacle 1.3.6 Theme Error

I am building a site with wordpress and having this error when I try to install Pinnacle theme. THis is the error that I am receiving.

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the problem you’ve run into. Pinnacle, unfortunately, isn’t one of our themes. Have you perhaps tried reaching out to Kadence Themes via their support page?
