I´ve bought a Word Press Theme, there was included Page Builder.
After some work on text i got /xmlrpc.php” /> and the pages, that i have edited were no more available. As i disabled plugin could i post my pages again, but without correct formatting, that does plugin.
I wrote to my hoster and i got answer, that the plugin takes too much RAM memory and this provokes fatal error. On the current server the PHP memory is set to 256 MB, that is actually quite high.

I´d like to ask you, may be you can help me with this?
Because without your plugin the theme i´ve bought get almost useless.

Hi Alena
256 megs should be enough memory. Do you still get this error when Page Builder is disabled? Can you also try disabling all other plugins and see if you get the issue? If this fixes it, you can try reenabling your plugins one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

This was exactly my question, what to do, if problem is exactly in Page Builder Plugin?
With disabled plugin i can not use formatting and template gets almost useless.
I need this plugin to work properly.

Have you tried disabling other plugins besides Page Builder to see if that fixes the issue? It’s possible that another plugin is using a lot of memory, so when Page Builder tries to do it’s thing, there’s nothing left for it.

I have some updates.
1. I’ve install the theme on another hosting – problem repeated.
2. I’ve tried to delete Widgets “ProteusThemes: Featured Page”. After that the pages was loading correctly. After that i added “ProteusThemes: Featured Page” again and last one page “Bodenlegerarbeiten” displayed not correct – instead of “Bodenlegerarbeiten” page i see another page “Front-page”, but description from page “Malerarbeiten” and without small featured picture (see attachment).
3. I’ve tried to edit this last sector in html text editor, but this last editions were lost after saving and i could see again the page, that’s screen shoot is in attachment.
After that i think there is problem with Widgets”ProteusThemes: Featured Page”, it works not stable and causes sometimes, that whole page is not loading. I don’t know yet how to fix it.

It is possible that it’s theme related then. Have you contacted Proteus Themes? They’re a good group of people, I’m sure they’ll be able to help. Let them know they can contact me if they spot anything wrong within Page Builder. If they don’t have an answer, I’ll try looking a little more on my side.
