Pc Sound Problems Need Help!

Ok so yesterday when i was playing on my computer the sound suddenly went off. I could’t fix it by troubleshooting and turning the device on and of, i tried unplugging and plugging it in again and it dindn’t work. I tried other devices and nothing worked.

Is there something with the drivers and i followed this: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/fix-sound-problems#v1h=tab01 the first 2 dosn’t work but i haven’t tried the last one because when i am following it a pop up window that says this can damage the computer.
