Hello,
I use the reactor theme. On my home page, I would like to have 3 colons whith a text widget in each, like in the demo of the theme :
http://demo.awtheme.com/reactor/
But they appear in only one colon, one widget below the others.
I don’t understand why.
Could you help me please ?
Thanks,
andre_ani
Hi Andre
Thanks for trying Page Builder.
Can you perhaps setup a demo page for us with a Page Builder row running three columns, Text widgets in each. I’d need to see this failing for myself to take a look at why it’s happening.
Here’s the page :

Perhaps that I’m doing something wrong in the parameters ?
This is a capture of the admin page :

I’m using a default layout, with 1 column in the page parameters.
Under Settings > SiteOrigin Page Builder is the option to output Inline CSS checked or un-checked? If it’s un-checked, please then check it.
I don’t have this option… I use the plugin downloadable from the WordPress official site. Is there a difference between this one and the one there’s on your official site ?
If there is no Page Builder option under Settings then this doesn’t sound like our plugin. Here is the SiteOrigin Page Builder:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/
https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/
I just test with yours, and it’s the same. So I don’t understand why there’s not this option.
Are you certain, that with SiteOrigin Page Builder activated, when you hover over Settings in the left menu of WordPress that there is no menu item called SiteOrigin Page Builder?
Excuse me, yes, there’s a menu called SiteOrigin Page Builder in the left menu, but nothing with inline CSS.

We might have run into a bug here. Let me come back to you ASAP tomorrow with a report back on what’s going on.
Ok. A question, all of this is free ? I can’t pay for support.
Right now only our themes are monetised with premium support. As we begin to progress towards Page Builder 2.0 we’ll most likely begin to monetise aspects of Page Builder or perhaps introduce a premium support option.
Unfortunately, even if this was a paid request, we’re at GMT+2 so not everyone working on this is currently available. This particular challenge will be the first thing we look at tomorrow, it’s super important that we get it resolved or find the cause.
I’ll be in touch as soon as I have more information/a solution.
I use Reactor theme. As I already said, I don’t want to pay for support, I don’t have enought money. So, if it’s not working, I’ll stop used Page Builder.
But if I could help you, freely, to find the solution, it’ll be a good thing.
Page Builder and it’s support is completely free. We will resolve this challenge. We’ll let you know as soon as we have an update.
Thanks ;-)
If I could help ?
It looks like your have a chunk of Page Builder CSS missing. We’re not able to replicate on our side at the moment. Please try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins. So turn all plugins off except for Page Builder and then re-test.
I don’t have any plugin. It’s a fresh install of WP 4, only for test.
Please then try:
1. Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen and re-test.
2. If the issue persists with a default theme try re-installing Page Builder.
It’s working fine with Twenty fourteen and Twenty thirteen theme and Minamaze that I just install for test.
This unfortunately looks like a javascript clash with the theme you’re trying to work with. Its something the theme authors would need to try look at if they wanted to make it compatible with Page Builder. Sorry we don’t have more here.
Ok, so, have to find another theme, not very important.
Thanks for all.
For sure. All the best with your project.
Thanks, same for your project too.
