Parallax effect problem

Hello,

I am developing a site using Page Builder and Page Builder’s built in parallax effect. The theme is Canvas.

The issue is simply this. The parallax effect works spectacularly well in FireFox and barely shows in Chrome. Anybody have any idea why? Any way to fix it if so?

    I just noticed that if I use the scroll bar in Chrome, the parallax effect works. Use the scroll wheel and it doesn’t.

    The issue lies with Chrome on this and I don’t think there is anything you can do about it. I all tried this in the new MS Edge browser and even, God save me, IE.
