    Can you perhaps just check this thread on our website. I did start my email by explaining that the message was private but then I followed with a set of order details and further instructions. Did you perhaps not receive that?

    Sorry about these issues, the service we use to handle our orders is having intermitted issues which is preventing our servers from validating order numbers. The issue has been coming and going for the last few hours, I’m hoping they get everything fixed soon.
