PageBuilder with Widgets – save it as a Custom Template?

i am now able to create a perfect looking Page using PageBuilder with Vantage theme. can i save this Page so it shows up in the Page Attributes > Template – drop down panel?

the reason; my site will have 3 distinct looking pages. build Type A Page which has 4 widgets (sliders, images). Type B Page has (twitter feeds, rss feeds). Type C has (youtube). it takes a lot of time to drag these widgets into each Page i create but this is static for dozens of Pages in a Type A, B, C. but there will be a text Content area which will be unique to each Page Type. it’s so much faster to have a Page Template (with the widgets) then i can choose it in Template. or even if i could at least somehow copy the Type A, B, C Page (with Widgets) file to the some area and use it in the create of the new Pages?

thank you!

i’m sort of new to this and need to find out which Themes/Plugins work to create what i want within my limited coding knowledge (copy and paste to a file/location i’m told to! LOL!) before i purchase premium. in all my testing so far, PageBuilder and Vantage Theme by far are the best for someone my ability! you can really make pro looking sites quickly and easily.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi freshwater

You can use page layouts as a template but not under the Page Attributes heading. Within Page Builder click Prebuilt at the top and then Clone Pages which can be found on the left.

Glad to hear you making progress with Vantage and Page Builder. Also check out our Widgets Bundle if you haven’t done so already:

I think I understand the question and answer, I’ve used Prebuilt pages as clones. What I would like to know though is if I need to alter a common element, I’ll need to do it on every page. Is there any way to create a template that can update all the pages created from it?

      Hey Kevin

Sorry for missing this. (Owing to the generous amount you paid for Vantage your threads, meaning threads you start, come up top of our priority list, we also get a notification in Slack our collaboration app. Opening a fresh thread is the best way to get a quick answer)

Unfortunately, there is no way to template in Page Builder right now. It’s been mentioned a few times so it’s something we have on the list, just haven’t implemented yet. Sorry we don’t have more here.
