The title is pretty self explanatory.
When I remove (delete) a widget from my page layout, the actual code is not being deleted from the post_content field. When I look at the ‘visual’ and ‘text’ tabs I can see the actual code. On the frontend the content is also still there , though without the PageBuilder styles an scripts.
Any ideas?!
Really? No one?
Hi absgre
Thanks for running Page Builder.
Please check that WordPress has been updated to 4.0 and Page Builder to 1.5.1. Next try temporarily de-activating all plugins not made by SiteOrigin. If the problem corrects then re-activate your plugins one by one while checking the problem. Finally, check if the issue persists on a new page. You can also check whether the issue persists when using a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen.
(If you’re not using a plugin like WordPress SEO that needs to see content in the Visual/Text tabs, you can disable the copying of content over to these tabs from Settings > Page Builder.)
