when I add a widget using WP Appearance/ Widget I get to chose some options ie Theme Option/Appearance and I can choose options lime “simple text” or “block”. When using PageBuilder I don’t see these options – is there a way to add these parameters?

Are you referring to a specific widget? Within Page Builder have you tried hovering over the widget, at that point an Edit link usually appears which will open the widget up and show the options available to that widget.
Try let me know more if that doesn’t answer your question.
That would be great but does not seem to do it. When I hover over the widget I get the cursor change so I can move the widget to other areas; specific hover areas seem to offer: hover over the name allows for editing ie when hovering over then name and “edit, duplicate, delete” appears. Clicking through “edit” still does not provide the “appearance” option of the widget.
Please try de-activating all plugins except for Page Builder and see if this issue continues. If the issue goes away then re-activate your plugins one at a time, each time re-checking he issue in order to find the conflicting plugin.
