Hi,
I´m trying to set up some pages using PageBuilder,
but I´m confronted with issue´s I can´t seem to figure out myself.
Is it possible to set (a separate) height for each row you add with PageBuilder?
And how do I vertically align an image, or text, within a row using Visual Editor?
Thanks for any tips or feedback.
Ps, I might have found a bug within PageBuilder in combination with Vantage.
An exact copy of a row without background color doesn´t have the same height as one with a background color.
I created 4 rows (no bottom margin, each row different background color, 1 row : no color) with each 2 columns.
In column 1; text with visual editor & column 2; an image with visual editor. When duplicating the content to each row only the one without color is smaller than the other ones.
Hi
Thanks for your use case feedback.
Each row height will adjust to the content being placed inside of it. So it’s only possible to set row widths but unfortunately not row heights.
The Visual Editor widget can help with text formatting but no, there isn’t anything explicit to handle vertical alignment of elements like images or text.
If you send me a link to the page with the background color height issue I can take a look at that for you.
Hello Andrew,
The bug experienced can be replicated on every page following my previous instructions, my site isn’t available to the public (yet) so it’s hard to share a link.
Too bad about the row height, but I´ll manage to find a fix. But is there any way you could help me for the vertical alignment?
I have installed a plugin for css modifications per page/post, unfortunately I cannot find how to center row content. That the Visual Editor cannot vertically align isn´t that kind of a problem if I could center the widget itself.
Thanks for your efforts.
Thanks for your understanding.
You are correct, right now adding a row style does add a border if one has been selected and padding that row’s without styling don’t receive. I’m mentioned this to Greg but at this stage it’s unfortunately something you’d need to work around.
