PageBuilder Not Working After Update

I am not the website builder, just controller.
When PageBuilder Activate, the page some text & photo was disappear.
I try to Deactivate it, the text & photo come back but the sub-menu will disappear.
First of all I think is the PageBuilder is conflict to other plugin, But not.
I tried turn off all Not SiteOrigin plugin, still not working.

I don’t know why, Any suggestions to fix this out?

    And this is the photo which is plugin On & off https://imgur.com/dYzv75H

    The problems Not only on this page.
    When I turn on the plugin, which is inside the sub-menu will missing.

    Thanks. I’m unable to access http://www.sog.edu.hk/, is there geo-IP blocking? I get further when I proxy in but then I bounce between the above domain and http://www.societyofgenesis.com.hk/ in an infinite loop.

    Please, try checking for a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and switching to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. Can you find a working baseline in that state?
