Hey Guys
Strangely, the essential grid plug-in no longer appears when inserted from within page builder, neither as a shortcode in a text editor nor as a widget. The issue appeared suddenly and I cannot think of what might have caused it, i’ve been working with both plug-ins for months now. No other updates or plug-in installs/uninstalls took place around the time the problem appeared.
I’ve tried deactivating/uninstalling and reactivating/reinstalling both but nothing worked. I’ve also contacted their support and despite their product working fine in the standard WordPress editor they where kind enough to look into it but unfortunately they said that the problem cannot be solved at the moment and that they added it to their to do list.
I know how things work and that since essential grid is a premium plug-in you guys cannot test it, but if you believe you can identify the problem from the inside I’ll be more than happy to give you temporary admin access to check it out.

Although it’s rare, we do see 3 way plugin conflicts come up from time to time. It might be worth disabling all other plugins and see if this fixes the issue. From there, you can re-enable the plugins one by one to try isolate which plugin is causing the issue.
