Hi,

I have a website with a theme from Generatepress with SiteOrigin Pagebuilder and WPML.

When I create a new page or edit a existing one, the visual editor does not load (it get stuck in a loading animation) if I’m using English (the not default language) as the language. However, if I do use Norwegian (default language) it works without any issues.

I’ve noticed that this happens if I choose to have the languages being displayed as domain.tld/lang/page but not if I choose them to display as domain.tld/page?lang=en.

Thank you.
Regards
Robert

    Hi Robert

Thanks for reporting. Unfortunately, this is a bug we’ll need to try resolve. It looks like once you setup the permalink structure with each lang in a directory, Page Builder seeks out the scripts it needs in the lang folder, of course, they aren’t there.

I’ll log this bug report now. Unfortunately, for the short term you’d need to switch to the uglier permalink structure. Apologies for the hassle.
