PageBuilder: Columns and Widgets Not Showing Up

I click the Add Columns and Add Widgets buttons to add these things to the static page.

After updating the page, I click view and nothing shows up.

What are some things I can do to troubleshoot?

I’m using WordPress version 4.6.1
