Vantage theme wont let me change header colour?

Hi, I seem not to be able to get the option in Appearance>Customize to change the colour of the header etc. Also I have added my logo in the header but the business name I added also is not showing.

Row backgrounds, Full Width and Padding not functioning.

However I did a clean install of wordpress, and installed the theme and it is not displaying correctly. I have no additional plugins installed but the issue still persists.
