Pitch Project Page template not working

I created new Projects page and saved it with Project Page Template set to it. By the way, is there an easy way to display Featured Image while viewing post without changing post template style.

If I add a single image it's automatic responsive. Do you have plans to add this feature for future versions.

Restrict Page Builder Layout for specific user role

Is there any way to insert a prebuilt layout into a custom post type and restrict that so that the layout can’t be changed, only edited? Thanks a lot for your effort and help!
