Change BG Colour of Mobile Nav

I'm trying to find how I can change the background colour of the mobile navigation, I notice there seems to be no way to add it into Custom CSS? Any advice would be great?

Use custom, round Icons

Hello, I have created custom round icons for my specific product, and I can't work out how to import or link to them to replace the standard (huge) list of stock icons.
