What is the best way to upload a sitemap xml file to a Vantage site?

I would like to have the masthead sticky along with the menu so that both "float" at the top as visitors scroll pages on the site.

I do NOT want to create a new separate home page copy because I don't want my URL to be (www.mysite.com/home)
