How to control the size of the site logo

I’ve uploaded a 1.5 by 1.5 inch image to my site. But, the site is acting like the image is huge! How do I control/manipulate the size of uploaded logo images? Thanks! Ethan

Hey guys, first of all, your theme is brilliant! I absolutely love it! 1 question though: how can I use different home page sliders when I switch the language? I am using the WPML plugin for languages.
