Extend a row in Page Builder to full width

Remove Page Title and Have Menu List it Correctly
I have left the title of my page (not home page) blank as I am creating a graphic for the title. The menu shows “#35 (no title)”. I changed the “Navigation Label” in the Menu but it’s still not correcting…
