video takes forever to start playing

This happens when I add remote hosted video on focus theme… So the video is like 130 MB in size, and it start playing only when it’s downloaded completely… Can I change this ? I want it to start playing…

add submenu item, that is not a new page but an anchor

Vantage Theme – Use Logo as (only) Home button
