Circle Icons messed up

I have a picture but why is this image zoomed in ?and not width: 1920px and 530px height but when I do that this image zoomed too much how can this happen?

multiple menu background colors

I want to color some items of the main menu individually. I have tried combining some code from other posts and came up with which has no effect. Where’s the mistake? Thanks!
